This information on data processing provides you with information on how personal data is processed when you visit our website.

2. Scope of the processing of personal data, legal basis
Personal data of visitors to the website are only processed to the extent necessary to provide a functional website.
You can use my website without disclosing your identity for purely informational purposes. When you access the individual pages of the website in this sense, only access data is transmitted to my provider so that the website can be displayed to you. This is the following data:
- Browser type/browser version,
- operating system used,
- language and version of the browser software,
- host name of the accessing device,
- IP address,
- website from which the request comes,
- content of the request (specific page),
- date and time of the server request,
- access status/HTTP status code,
- referrer URL (the previously visited page),
- amount of data transferred,
- time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
The temporary processing of the IP address by the system is necessary to technically enable the website to be delivered to your computer. Your IP address must be processed for the duration of the session for this purpose. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR.
IP addresses are stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to ensure the security of my information technology systems. The data is not evaluated for marketing purposes. The data is generally deleted after seven days at the latest; further processing is possible in individual cases. In this case, the IP address is deleted or alienated so that it is no longer possible to assign it to the accessing client.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the processing of data in log files is essential for the operation of the website.

I use external hosting services to operate this website. The purpose of using external hosting services is to provide an efficient and secure website. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO.

4. Data security
The firm uses appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
5. Right of objection
If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO if there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation.

6. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
- pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, to withdraw your consent to me at any time. As a result, I am no longer allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future;
- pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about the personal data processed by me. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the source of your data if it was not collected by me, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about the details of this;
- in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by me;
- in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by me, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and I no longer require the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
- pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data, which you have provided to me, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit that data to another controller, and
